We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a big pool, spa, and fitness center. The staff was kind and fast, providing us with towels, products, and slippers every day. The restaurant served super tasty and not expensive food, especially the breakfast. the cleanliness was impressive, and the internet connection was good.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel with fantastic amenities, including a large pool with warm water, and a cool spa with a jacuzzi that had so many bubbles! the staff was really friendly, and the service was top-notch. the location was great, away from the bustle of the city, with ample parking. the restaurant on site was delicious, especially the breakfast that was not only tasty but also affordable.
The water in the jacuzzi was not as hot as we expected it to be. the pool water was too cold to enjoy, even though we had paid an extra charge to use the spa.

The hotel is located in a mountainous area, which makes for a peaceful environment. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms come stocked with toiletries and towels. the gym and spa facilities are new and well-maintained. the jacuzzi is a plus, albeit being lukewarm.
The soundproofing of the walls is poor, and it's easy to hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms.

the Spa & wellness centre, Jacuzzi, and full body massage were exceptional and worth every penny. the sun terrace and garden area were stunning and provided a tranquil atmosphere. the room advantages were also impressive, with private facilities that exceeded my expectations. the live entertainment and bar/lounge area were great additions to the overall experience.
Although this hotel was remarkable, there was one minor issue I experienced. the in-room breakfast was not well explained, and I ended up missing out on it.

The hotel was in a good location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was nice and spacious, and it came with free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the ample parking availability, which made our stay more comfortable.
There were a few downsides to our experience at this hotel. the advertised amenities were not available, such as hangers for our clothes.
